I'm taking a little break in the Maine photos (yep, there's MORE, if you can believe that!) to bring you tomatoes!  The humble tomato is one of my favorite foods.  And now that tomatoes are finally abundant at the farmers markets,  I've vowed to not take a single one for granted.  Every week I buy more tomatoes.  One of my favorite meals is a simple sliced tomato with olive oil,  onions and salt.  Paired with fresh bread from Mamadou Bakery and vermont cheddar?  Man oh man.
